Well guess what… I figured it out… my family loves it… and we all feel better than ever since we start eating plant-based meals!
While I don’t expect my family to eat the same way I do everyday, they never complain about the meals I serve. Ok I lied, there have been a few flops! 🙂

Please note, these meals still contain a little processed food (not much) and dairy (only if you wish). It’s meant to be a starter guide to get you used to a new way of cooking! As you get used to eating more meals without meat, dairy or eggs you can add kick up the nutrient content and add in recipes with more raw fruits and veggies!
