Healthy Pumpkin Spice Turmeric Latte
This Healthy Pumpkin Spice Turmeric Latte is delicious and nutritious! A perfect night-cap or replacement for your morning latte!
- 1 cup almond milk vanilla sweetened (60 calories)
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1. Add all ingredients to saucepan over medium heat. Whisk occasionally and bring contents to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Continue to whisk mixture occasionally.
3. Use immersion blender or frother on your expresso machine to froth the mixture. (note: this step is optional but adds a nice froth to the latte)
4. Pour into a cup and garnish with cinnamon!
